I have the same problem with one side in the rear. I am running Wilwood 4-piston and a custom one-piece aluminum bracket that I machined on a milling machine. I am running 12" Baer rotors. I know the bracket is fine, and braking is good, so I haven't worried about it. It's slowly disapearing. I've got about 1,000 miles.
For now, I wouldn't worry about it.
