Did Pete ever share any pictures or details on his rear A/C. Anyone have his email address?

Thats what I've been looking for! Pete Gibbs installation of the rear A/C. I was thinking of maintainability later on for having the A/C in the rear. How easy it would be? I don't know, thats why I'm trying to fine out. Kevin's looks like it would be difficult to do maintenance later on if need be.

P.S. mikiec need info on PAV

Pete's got a killer AC system worked out. Now if we can only get him to sell it through Finish Line. Pete makes the glove box and fresh air systems that Finish Line sells, so you can see his work is top knotch! Pete says that it will be easy to install with the righ parts.

His system uses a rear unit, but he has a cool center console that fits over the aluminum made from plastic. It has room for the air to move from the rear to the front in tubes. It also doubles as an arm rest.

His air conditioning system rocks! I'll take pictures the next time we get together.

Sorry I haven't followed up on this project, but I wanted to get some road time with the A/C under pretty severe conditions.I've had the unit in for most of the Houston summer(high heat and humidity)and must say I'm very pleased with it.I will ask Bill to take some pictures as soon as I see him again.
Briefly, the evaporator unit(blower) is in the trunk just behind the seats. The basic a/c parts are standard Vintage air.I used the universal super cool evap. unit. This handles up to station wagon sized cars and fits quite well.
The system was installed on a completed car with the body on.I had to make cutouts in the rear cockpit aluninum wall to run the air hoses and for intake air ducts. Other than that there are no body or frame mods required.
Once I have some pictures up you can better see how everything was done.Pete.
