I'd love to help you out, but since you're all the way down in AZ, the shipping would not make it a cost effective transaction.
I would contact a local plastics supplier and tell them you need a piece of 1/4" thick Lexan MR10. The dimensions of your new piece need to be a few inches larger and wider than the longest and widest dimension of your windscreen.
I would also call Lowes, Home Depot, or any other home improvement store and see if they carry it. I would make sure you get hard coated, scratch resistant Polycarbonate ( Lexan MR10 ) They may have another brand or type. Don't settle for plain Lexan or Polycarbonate, and certainly do not get Plexiglass which is Acrylic no matter what they say.
