Wurf,

Mr Pink. told me you made his "Lexan" windshield for him. Are you still in the business...? New BIG crack coming back from PIR...

Chris,
I'd love to help you out, but since you're all the way down in AZ, the shipping would not make it a cost effective transaction.

I would contact a local plastics supplier and tell them you need a piece of 1/4" thick Lexan MR10. The dimensions of your new piece need to be a few inches larger and wider than the longest and widest dimension of your windscreen.

I would also call Lowes, Home Depot, or any other home improvement store and see if they carry it. I would make sure you get hard coated, scratch resistant Polycarbonate ( Lexan MR10 ) They may have another brand or type. Don't settle for plain Lexan or Polycarbonate, and certainly do not get Plexiglass which is Acrylic no matter what they say.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

Wurf,

Thank you for the material type #. I will see if I can get this stuff locally. Pink's windshield still looks new... Very cool...
