Can't find this circuit on my schematics... What does it power or ground? It's a Purple/White wire...

Only wire with this color is part of the power roof but the schematics don't show it going nowhere near the ignition switch.

Haynes has this wire going to Ground when the switch is on Start.

Ok so I have found it, it lights up the brake indicator light in the dash when the E-brake is activated or if the brake fluid reservoir is low...

But why the heck does it go to ground when the ign switch is at start?

Interesting concept... I'm posting questions that I am answering to myself

This wire feeds the dash brake indicator light which lights up on start, according to the Mustang user manual that I found on line, this for no particular or useful reason that I can think of. Unless it's to let you know the light isn't burned???

I am going to wire in the brake indicator, as it is needeed up here for the safety inspiection (e-brake), it just won't light up on start... Done!

Next question wormie?
