So I am off to pick up some parts this morning. I get to the end of the street go to turn Rt. A red Escort wagon slams on his brakes I think he just missed the street I came from. I look back and he comes after me(5'5" me). So I speed up, he passes me, slams on the brakes and turns in front of me. I stopped, backed up, and turned down a street we just crossed and left like a bat out of he!!. I am not big or mean and I did manage to loose him my old Civic wagon. Apprently, it is much faster than his Escort. I just do not understand why he came after me. Did he think I went to wide and tried to run him off the road. I live on a small county road and there is a corn field at the corner, we met at maybe he was suprized I was there. I started thinking what if he see's my car in the driveway if he drives by? Called the sheriff they said without a plate number all they could do was up the patrols, so thats how I started my day. Well I am calming down now. Thanks for letting me vent.

People really should check their attitudes before they get in a car. I see this kind of stuff all the time in Chicago.

Nobody's life is ever worth saving 22 seconds during a commute or waiting 2 minutes for the light to change again. It's funny how many people run lights because they're in a hurry to get their kids to the football game. Hmm. Lets see. Run the red light, save 2 minutes..or die.

Wait for the green light and enjoy the game.

Sounds really simple, huh? You'd think.

Glad it didn't turn really ugly for you. You did the best thing by just letting the jerk go on his or her way.

Sometimes though it all just works out. I was going to Lowes the other day when some idiot ran me off of the road and got in front of my car and slamed on the brakes! Needless to say I creamed him! I didn't even have time to hit my brakes(he was coming rapidly to a stop and I was doing about 55mph, WHAM). Apparently, I was not going fast enough for him(I was driving 10mph over the limit in the fast lane) so he was pissed because I was in his way. We get out of our cars and he immediately begins to carry on about how the accident was my fault because I hit him from behind and his neck hurt and all that sort of crap. I wrote his tag down and walked to a near by store to call the police and to get away from this lunatic. The cops get there and I thought I was screwed because I look the part of the young punk kid and the other guy was 45 or 50 years old driving with his wife. Well guess what, the cop believed me! He said that he sees road rage all day long and completely believed what I said happened. Just last week I was in court as a witness against this guy(he got charged for about 6 things, one of them agressive driving) WE WON!!!! He is the first person in the whole state of Georgia to be convicted of aggressive driving! Sorry about the long story but sometimes I just gotta share! FINALLY, for once the a$$ hole gets what he deserves!!!!!

Chad glad to here things are starting to come around on this kind of person. I hope this kind of thing can be stopped there is just to much of it going on and to many people getting hurt.
