I saw this on another forum and I thought it was a great idea. Check it out:

Basically, the idea is a new section for the forum where members post job information to help other members out. If you need a job post up your skills so people that need help can contact you. If you know of a job opening, post it up for others to see.
It is true that with so many people out of work these days, we should stick together and help each other out.
Admins - if enough people agree, please consider this idea. If you guys think this idea sucks then that's cool too.
