I've had success with some people there, and no success with others when it comes to email. I think it boils down to who you send it to, the amount of emails they get, and the amount of time they spend at a computer answering them - Much less than I do

If I have something important and don't get a response, I'd call them.

I also have had problems getting replies to the emails I have sent to FFR. I have even copied numerous people on the messages and it has usually taken 1 - 2 WEEKS! to get a reply. Calling is much more responsive yet it does get costly over a period of time.
Ummm Frustrating!!!!!

Yowser, 2 Weeks. No sense having email as a tool of you aren't going to use it properly.

Okay who is the best person to talk to there that would have all the answers about ordering?
----------- (edit)---

Duh, I should ask you guys. Here is an edited version of the email I sent:

How soon after I place the order do I need to send my deposit in? (I need to liquidate some stocks). Also, once the deposit is in when is the rest of the money due? Real close to delivery date or sooner?

I believe they require deposit when you place the order. For the roadster it is $1000 (Or More if you like). Balance is due (I think) 2 weeks prior to shipping or pickup.

You can pay by credit card too, to get those Frequent Flyer Miles.
