no need to slow the car. it would be easier to just have the car determine when you were speeding and automatically send you a ticket.

(that article looks like a hoax to me, BTW)

PS i think there are already systems you can put in your car that tracks the cars position with GPS and records the speeds (for keeping track of what your teenagers do).

Read up on OBD here in the U.S. they want short distance broadcasting technology in US cars.

Seeing this here in the US isn't so far fetched..they'll use it to write you tickets, not warn you.
