So here is my question.
I'm building my engine now, it's a 1985 302 sbf built up to around 380hp when I'm done. My question is: does the emmisions need to be compiant with 2010 new cars? I'm about to order all my stuff for te engine buildup, and don't want to be wasting my time. Do I just call up Tom and let him know? Btw, I'm on long island. Thanks
