I was hoping one of you guys that did a non-donor build had a Complete parts list that you could either post or e-mail to me. I am getting closer to making a move and would like to know all the bolts, brackets and other parts that don't come with the kit, but are needed.

I'd just use the donor check list in the build manual. The donor prep section will tell you all that is needed.
Instead of all the used stuff from the donor list, just substitute for new stuff.

Are you going completely non-donor or more like a pallet donor route for things like rearend, spindles, etc?

You might consider looking at Breeze Automotive web
site (a vendor here). They sell EZ Pac-Master
which is everything you would take off a donor,
but new or reconditioned. They are very pleasant
and easy to work with.

The list of non-donor parts isn't too long. I'll start with what I know and others can fill in as required.

Lower control arms (FFR offers tubular arms as an option. I would get those)
Radiator (lots of forum vendors can help)
Engine and transmistion (again, lots of vendors)
Driveshaft (vendors again)
Rear end (IRS knuckles if going IRS; 8.8 if solid axle)
Brakes, pedal box, spindles, gauges (optional from FFR), and gas tank

Did I miss anything?

I think things like donor bolts are the hardest thing to fully dial in.

example, front LCA mounting bolts and nuts
if IRS, the IRS knuckle bolts and nuts

brake master cyl
Brake T's
Emergency brake handle

Doesn't FFR kit come with drive shaft? If not, does that mean I have to shorten mine?

China,
Nope, doesn't come with the kit. I bought mine from Fortes for about what it'd cost to shorten one and replace the yoke and universals, and as a bonus, it was another box on the steps :D :D
