I'm going to have some anodizing done to some alum parts. Does any body have a good source that you would recommend?

I live in eastern Iowa. The parts are small so I am willing to send them anywhere that does a good job.

i had all my aluminum anodized, i live in michigan, all i did was get out the yellow pages, found a place about 30 minutes from the house, went down , brought all my metal, showed him what i had, they took a small piece and used it as a sample, looked great when done. these people do work for THE BIG 3, so i figured it would be done right. also the only reason they took the job in january of this year was they had no work going on. so my point is shop local.vince

500 dollars for all aluminum, clearcoat anodized, looks like polished silver. i tried cleaning the ink off the pieces , with different cleaners, then you would have to polish them, sounds like alot of work thats why i anodized . i dropped off the pieces , they dip them into a solution that cleans the metal before the anodizing. no prep work from me. You might want to try the twin city's. I had all of my aluminum anodized for about $500.00. I went locally thru Wehr's machine, But that's where they sent them! I'm in western Wisconsin.
