I have connected black wire 924 to pin V on the the plug that attaches to the turn signal stalk. I connected the 953 green wire to the horn and grounded the horn to the frame. When I press the horn I get a click then a buzz, but no toot. Any Ideas or help would be great.
Thanks Leonard

Relay???

Is your TS button powering a relay to activate your horn? The switch in a Russ Thompson style TS stalk may not be strong enough to allow enough current to pass thru it to power the horn directly (if that is what your car is supplied with). You might have burned out the switch contacts.

You can test your horn by touching a battery lead to it momentarily (since it's grounded) and see if it works. If it does, get a relay wired into the horn circuit and retest with the TS switch activating the relay.
