I have an MSD coil and Distributor. When I went to connect the distributor to the coil I noticed the coil does not have the standard spark like male connector on the top. It has a female connection that I have not seen on coils. Do I need some kind of MSD supplied connector and should it have come with the Distributor or coil?

Thanks,
Jerry

Hey Jerry,

My MSD blaster SS has the male nub on it! I think your missing something. Call MSD tech support, they are very good. I screwed up some of my MSD wire crimps and thet talked me through it and sent me parts for free.

Good Luck,
Rich

Are you talking about the center post for the high tension cable? That's a standard female connection used on a lot of Ford's. Most cable kits come with the proper connection. If yours didn't, you can get one at NAPA.
