It seems like just yesterday that you had just finished drywalling your garage and had the kit in with the body off and we were standing there looking at stuff. We can't wait to cruise with you guys and will be looking for a possibility in November (if we get that lucky).

Thanks, guys. The things that took the longest are, of course, all of the little things. But each makes the car a little more special, I guess.

Door panels (sorry, Herb!) are black marine vinal from the local Joann's Fabrics. Same with the tranny tunnel. Both are over 1 or more layers of 1/16 craft foam from the same place. I got to looking and thinking, and one thing led to another. Then I looked at the emblems and realized that they would dress it up nicely and they would be a little more subtle there than on the decks. I really like my door panels. The tranny tunnel just had to match the car and brighten up the interior a bit.

Oh, here's an easy one- Check out the roll bar trim rings IN the trunk. Plumbing fitting for Lowes. A great touch and makes the carpeting job in the trunk a little easier. I'm surprised nobody came up wiht that yet. Or, did I miss it?

The engine is nothing special, but I'll see if i can throw down a few shots tonight.
