Mike - you can scrap the low oil sensor if you want. They usually leak anyway. I think somebody here identified the thread size and pitch a while ago, so you could probably find a plug that will thread in there. I just welded mine up solid.
On the TAB/TAD solenoids.... each has two wires going to it. Cut each connector off, and solder in a 10k Ohm resistor between the two wires. Wrap it all up with electrical tape, shrink wrap, whatever. Don't let the two legs of the resistor touch each other when you wrap it up, or you'll have a short.
