I finished my first Mark III #7047 5.0 Mfi 3link with 245/315-17 Sumitomos at 23 and 18 psi respectivly. The car runs great and handles much like my old late model race car. However the race tracks were much smoother than old concrete highways. At 60 plus mph the suspension sets up a harmonic motion, like doing a mo gel run on a down hill skis! I need to soften the springs, add a anti roll bar, and what about the shock rates? Looking for suggestions? Thanks Mark V B

Do you have the Koni shocks? I you do and they are full soft, try to firm them up. I started full soft and moved up to 3/4 full firm in the front and 1/2 in the rear with 650 and 250# springs on a 3-link. Rides much better, less bouncy as it were.

Koni's

Yes I have the Koni shocks that came with the kit. I knew they were adjustable but never checked the setting from ffr. I'll stiffen them to 3/4 &1/2 as you suggested. "Doh" full soft shocks with stiff springs I should have known better!
If I do soften the springs the will be Q-A1's. Thanks Mark
