John - I don't know of any current builds in or near Alexandria, but if you can get west of the city some night (30-40miles), I have a completed car in Warrenton, and there are two others being built pretty close by (Manassas and Haymarket). Many other completed FFR's running around in our club here.

Hello Wade, and thanks for the reply. I should have some time this weekend, but you may have to give me some instruction on how to get there. It would be great to spend some time with a few of the guys doing a build just so I could ask some question. and maybe even lend a hand if I can. Since I do not have an email address here. you can either reply to me here or call me on my cell phone at 907-723-6576.

Once agian thanks,
John

You're welcome to come and look at mine, although there are definitely closer ones. Wade can hook you up with me if that's what you want to do.

If Wade said "crummy weather" for this weekend, you can expect to find him cruisin in the rain with mask and snorkle.

The 60's Amphibious Car (just saw one 3 weeks ago in a Classic Car showroom south of Palm Harbor,FL)has nothing on Wade.

Hello guys,

Just wanted to say thanks to Wade for the great ride. You have done a great job with the car. Also would like to say thanks to petter (hope you get riding soon). You guys and this forum are why I have made my mind up on FFR. So far all the people Ive met and talked to have been nothing but help. Keep up the good work.

Would like to echo John's thanks here. I picked up some Turbine's from Wade this weekend and really enjoyed talking to him and his wife. He also gave me a demo of his car. Very Nice!
I think that Beth has Sandy convinced that this is gonna be a great time building the car and participating in all the events.
Thanks again Wade & Beth!

Wade, just checked out your ride on your site.. must say.. she's a beauty. Might have to stop by and see her the next time I'm up visiting my dad in Springfield. If you don't mind.
