I'm trying to figure out how to feed my new 4150. I'm thinking about one of the hard line setups but would also like to include a guage an inline clear filter.

I used hard line for my set up on the GT40. A bit of a pain to bend, but I had to put a couple of jogs in it to clear the linkage. These are dual 4150HPs (390 cfm) on a 342. I still needed to fab up the other line in this picture:

I recommend you avoid those clear glass filters. When they break, they spew fuel all over your nice hot engine!

Thanks. I also just noticed you t-stat housing/filler. Where did you get that?

The feed line came from Auto Zone.I wanted the solid chrome line with the gauge and built in filter housing, but didn't want to wait for it to be shipped.

I used individual lines from the regulator up to the carb. Don't use those glass filters that allow you to see the filter element, if they should break, you'll have gas everywhere. They are dangerous!

Mine peeks out of the hood a little. A few guys are runnign a 14" drop Xtreme K&N drop base and it just fits. My engine wouldnt run right unless the air cleaner was above the hood.

J Persons, Watch those braded lines laying on the plug wires. They'll rub right through them!
