So how are you guys making all those nice bends in the aluminum panels I see on so many build sites... Come on, come clean... share with those of us bend challenged.

Not sure what you mean. The panels that come with the kit are pre-bent.

If you want to do "custom", it's easy to bend with the right tools, all you need is a bending brake or a press brake of sufficient width.

Its important to support both sides we used a 2x4 on top of the workbench with the al sandwiched in between and held it all together with c-clamps. it takes a little practice but turns out good.

I have also heard of sticking the al sheet in between the door frame and the door and closeing the door, I have not tried it my self but seems like it would work pretty good.

For adjusting the angles of the prebent panels, a small brake is very handy (18" wide is $20, 30" wide is $50 from Harbor Freight), as is a 4" to 6" wide pair of 'duckbill' vice grips ($20 from most hardware stores).

You don't need either, but they sure help! I have both and used them frequently.
