Looks like I screwed up. The IRS I got appears to not be traction lock. While I was doing taking it apart today I jamed one rotor to see if I could get the bolts on the drive shaft off, When I did the other rotor would spin. I previously had posted that it would not. Is there any way to make this rear end into traction lock by changing somthing internaly? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Jeff

Without the tag, I cannot tell you that you do or do not have the trac-loc but if it is, the clutch pack may be overly worn, you may just have to replace the clutch pack, something I'd do on any used trac-loc rearend anyway.Good luck!

take the cover off if you cant find the tag.. you will be able to see the clutches if has them. they can be very worn in a donor piece.
