I'm reading posts about adding a sway bar on IRS cars. I just ordered my kit with IRS but it is not Pin Drive. Do I still need to ad a sway bar? If so, which one is the best?

Without a doubt, the VPM bars are the best. Easy to install, and they are adjustable. If you are going to autoX or track, then you will need a sway bar. You could probably get by without one by using high rate coilovers, but the swaybar is the best way to go. http://www.vintageperformancemotorcars.com/
also look at their poly IRS bushings and their solid aluminum center section bushings. Both are "must haves"
