I tried to install my 'new' water pump on the engine today, but the pulley wouldn't fit.
Did I get the wrong one? The hole diameter is about 45mm.

The other problem I have is that I might have lost all the bolts for the pump. :(
Can anyone tell me which bolts I need? (style, grade and length)

I'm also looking to buy other valve covers because the stock one won't work with the Mass-Flo system from Qualityroadster. I need carb covers.
Would the FMS-M-6582-A302R from SUMMIT work?
Thanks a lot.

Olivier

the bolt spacing on the water pumps (ford) are an indicator of the direction the pump needs to turn. The standard mustang 5.0 uses a reverse rotation pump, while many of us use standard rotation with a different belt setup. If the pump does not match your stock pullies then you likely have the opposite rotation.
