Getting ready to mount my Hydroboost unit.
It appears to me that the mount at the front of
the footbox has already been modified, except
for one or two holes that still need to be drilled. Has the Mk. III frame already been
modified or am I looking at the template wrong?
Thanks.

It's already modified to fit the hydrobooster

what makes you think that?

Thanks Sergio. I don't recall anything about
removing the plate, but I makes sense looking at
your pics. I'll take care of that tomorrow and
see where it goes from there.

I had to remove the square plate and install an aluminum adapter (2 bolts) that FFR supplied in the kit. The frame already had the holes drilled for the new adapter. FFR also supplied a special socket to loosen and tighten the nut that secures the mounting plate/adapter to the hydroboost. There is a snap ring that has to be removed first.....before removing the nut. Good luck!
