Hard to beleieve, but...

Wearing an FFCars.Com T-shirt in public for the first time today. While at Marshall's Industrial Hardware (san diego hardware heaven!), not one but TWO people ask me if I'm building a Cobra. 45-minute conversation ensues, one guy comes over later to look at FFR #3440 build. He's been lurking here for the last few months, I'm sure he'll be buying an FFR as soon as he finishes his Int'l Scout restoration.

At (Encinitas) Home Depot later, getting 4.5" thick wood stock (for chassis height/alignment use), yet another guy approaches me to ask if I'm affiliated with the site - he's also been looking into an FFR and recognized the site.

Bill, what have you created here??! :D

I have been wearing mine quite regularly while driving my Cobra, when I stop anywhere they instanly recognize who owns "That cool sports car out there" just by looking at my shirt, I have told quite a few people to come in and visit FFCars.com, BTW- I ordered 2 shirts, one for my wife and one for me...but I have not told my wife that. I keep on wearing them both (not at the same time) while driving around in my Cobra, which has been almost everyday now, today I glazed and cleaned the Cobra and tomorrow will be Sunday! guess what I'll be doing.....

RR - Thanks for the tip.

A 4x4 and 1x4 (furring strip?) also work out to 4.5".
