THere is a rubber "donut" on the passenger side of the tank, the curved part of the filler neck slides in there (don't force it and maybe lube it or you can tear it). There is then a retaining ring that holds it in with a small screw in the flange of the tank.

Thanks a lot Rod, That really helps. Funny thing though my gas tank (new from Breeze) does not have the barcket or hole to attach it to. I'll heck with Breeze tomorrow.
