Those look like the tie rod adaptor legs for the new FFR front spindles. They should bolt to the inside of the spindles (under the spindle shaft) and stick out towards the front for your tie rod ends to go into.

They are called Steering Arms

Page 42 FFR build manual.

Bolt the steering arms to the spindles with the taper facing down. Torque to 60 ft-lbs.

If you have one of the early Mk4's the '33 HR steering arms were mistakenly supplied with the Roadster kit. It was soon corrected and some of us got these sent separately in the mail.

A picture is worth a thousand words? Well sometimes. Here is a pic of the steering arm bolted to the spindle and tierod end. Hope this helps.

Hey! You got my steering arms for the Coupe!

Sorry, just kidding.... mine were on back-order for several weeks, got them and installed 'em. .. . .
