I'm running the GT40-P heads with the MAC shorties designed for the GT40-P heads.

No problems to report.

Same here - MAC headers and GT40P's, installed in my FFR without a problem. They are slightly closer to the footbox than stock headers. I will be insulating the footbox walls for sure.
