here is a gizmo that I found useful with "clip?" type electrical connections. I bought a cheap screwdriver and bent it using a propane torch. the angle of the blade prevents the plastic clip from bending too much and breaking (only broke 2 before I started using the bent screwdriver). I also apply a thin film of grease to the ramp (bump that the clip slids up on) to reduce the possibility of a fracture (takes too long to repair them to risk another break) and just slowly slide the blade under the clip, this gets the clip up near the top of the ramp, just needs a little push from there. Hope this helps anyone who has had the same problem.
cheers,
Mark

Very nice, I like homemade "gizmo" tools. Made a lot of them over the years. I usually used Craftsman in case they (I) broke. Thanks for the idea!
