Hi All,
Hoping you can help..
I can't seem to find any info on Ford Coyote Gen 2 oil specs (M-6007-M50A). Can anyone help?

Also looking for tech manual, i can only find the manual for the Aluminator.

Cheers,
Alex..

Ford 5.0L Coyote oil recommendations: "Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Premium Synthetic Blend Motor Oil XO-5W20-QSP, specification WSS-M2C945-A. Also Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 Full Synthetic Motor Oil XO-5W20-QFS, specification WSS-M2C945-A." In other words, either synthetic blend or full synthetic 5W-20.

I’d also recommend checking with your local dealer to make sure they don’t do any adjustments for your region. Often a general oil is recommended but could vary by region to account for oil behaviors in warmer and colder climates. HTH

Ford recommends 5w-20 oil for street use. Thinner oils take less energy to move around, and improve fuel mileage.

For racing, Ford recommends a 5W-50 full synthetic oil. For obvious reasons, continuous high RPM use requires a higher viscosity and better heat management.

I use 5W-40 Royal Purple.
