Canadian Tire has a cool gas cap on sale in its Feb 13th flyer for <$12. I have one. It has a spring loaded flap allowing me to put fuel in without unscrewing the gas cap. It easily fits under the Lemans flip top and I believe it is Air-Care compliant too.
