Hey Guys - 2008 Gen. 2 Coupe. 351 Windsor, 670 Holley, Mild build, IRS. Coupe runs out of gas? Have a 'Holley Blu'e external fuel pump that is located next to my IRS well below the tank level. I'm guessing the reason for the fuel starvation is I routed the Tank outlet to a Fuel Filter that is a bit higher than the fuel tank? Filter is located on a 3/4" cross members that could be reached through an Access panel. I see 4 options. 1) In tank fuel pump ( Not sure that the F5 OEM supplied fuel Tank as designed for EFI will work with a a pre 70's Carb. engine that requires 5-7 PSI pressure? 2) Install an 'In tank pump that will keep the Holley Primed. 3) Replace the Holley pump with a 'Suction type fuel pump. 4) Sit at the side of the road and wait for the fuel pump to cool down, waving to the Porsche,Viper, Mustang & Corvette Drivers telling their Girl Friend " So you really like the looks of that piece of shit!
