I will most likely be using a 351W (havn't decided on a recipe yet). The turnkey motor will come with a high volume mechanical fuel pump on the block. The car will be used for street. Will this pump be adaquite or will I need an electric pump in a remote area near the tank? Will I also need a fuel pressure regulator?

TIA, John

If your going carb your allset with a good mechanical unit. MOst will push more than enough fuel at the needed pressure with out any regulator.

If you use an electric high end unit all its high pressure your paying for gets regulated since a carb wnats less than 8-10 psi...

EFI is another story as is a potato with a super charger
