I need to replace my fuel pump. I have a stock fuel injected engine that I'd like to supercharge some day. If I install a higher capacity pump now, (planning for a future supercharger) will it cause any problems? Can I keep the stock fuel pressure regulator?

You should be fine with a higher capacity pump, but you might need a larger return line or your pressure will be controlled more from the size of the return line than the regulator itself.

The bigger pump works just fine in a stock Mustang. I wouldn't worry about it. Should be a simple plu and play install.

Gerald is right, don't go to big or you will have to increase the return line to maintain the correct pressure.

If you're going to supercharge, go straight for the Walbro GS340 (high pressure 255lph). I have the stock FFR-supplied lines on mine and I haven't seen a problem w/ the return line sizing. I wonder what the limiting flow would be?
