I've been using some leftover carpet pieces for mats for as long as I can remember. Constantly bunching up under the pedals and hard to keep clean. I found a rubber utility mat at home depot, and decided to cut it to fit. Looks real good. I'm using it with the pattern side down and it grips the ff5 carpet pretty good. Almost can't tell that they're in there. $28 for a 36"×48" piece.

I thought it was kind of thin, but it's nice and flexible. Easy to cut too.

Looks good. Take them to a local upholstery shop and have the edges finished. Guy did mine for about $20, labor and materials.

I just went to a Auto Zone and bought their carpet mats that fit close and trimmed them. Also running a Joe's Racing Heel Stop and just cut a hole for it.
