I am 21 days into a Finishline order, $511 USD.
Paid via paypal.
The only email I received confirming the order was from paypal.
My password no longer works and is impossible to reset.
They run the business as if it resides in Nigeria.

One day prior to the 45-day limit on Paypal disputes I'll put one in and hopefully get my money back in a timely manner.

Sorry to hear about your situation Samadhi. I've owned 3 cobras and I've never had an issue with FinishLine orders until last year. Luckily you went through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is usually really good with refunds or discrepancies. Good Luck.

I can't even see my order details, I can't log into my account.
If only they would take a bit of time to correct basic functions on their website, password resets, I might at least see if there are updates.
