I've got a question about the spacers FFR supplies, for example the coilover spacers. What type of piping are these made out of? I'm trying to match it, so I can fabricate some on my own. I measured an OD of 0.75" and an ID of 0.5", but have not been able to find a matching pipe.

Anyone else have any luck with this?

If you can get to a lath make them out of 304 stainless bar stock. Thats what I did. Any good metal company should be able to get you some 1/4 inch wall thickness pipe. I get all my stock from Capitol Metals here in Mesa Arizona 1-800-645-9076

You can get small lengths of bushing stock at Aircraft Spruce. It won't exactly match, but you don't really need .125 wall tube.

It is 3/4" x .120" wall DOM tubing. A steel supply place might have it in stock or could order it for you. Only problem is you might have to get a full 20' length. You might call FFR and see if they would send you a small piece. Otherwise, I have some 4130 tubing in that size I could send you.

Brendan, there is a metal supply place in Reading, MA that specializes in small orders. They will sell you a foot of pipe if that is all you need. I believe it is www.metalsupermarkets.com.
