It is no more than 75 degrees on a sunny summer day. I parked my car facing west so the drivers side was facing south in the noon time sun for just an hour or less. I go to open the door and it will only open about 2". It was hitting on the fender and would not open so I just climbed in and took off. When I got home about an hour later it opened fine.

Has this happened to anyone else? This is a 1st for me.
What is the fix?

AJ,
Mmmmm, I have another AJ that lives just down the road from me, AJ Foyt.
Normally the vinylester bodies are greater in expansion than you think, then bringing in to account the frame and mounting point of the door hinge are not affected by nearlly the same expansion rate and it's in a cooler/shaded area. One of the minor faults of an unstressed body with "located" doors.
