went for a ride yesterday everything fine. shut down and then went to restart and would not start. waited 10 minutes and it started right up. i am afraid to take it out for fear that if i shut it down it might not restart. any ideas on what the problem might be. it didnt seem to be getting spark. thanks jb

I have three guesses if you are EFI.
1. TFI module
2. The Hall effect pick-up in the bottom of the distributor.
3. The coil
When the car was built did the TFI and pick-up get replaced?

i put in a new tfi but didnt know about the pickup thanks
