Is there an advantage to going with the Energy Suspenion Motor/Tranny mounts over the stock mustang mounts or is this just waisted money? I have also heard people mention using the mustang convertable mounts but not sure what the difference is over standard mustang mounts. I am running a 351w.

Thank you

With a 351 the extra torque the ES may be worth the money. The ES and the Convertable mounts are caged so if they break the engine is still restrained. With the stock coupe mounts they are not caged. If you have no mounts get the ES if you have ones that are new swap them for the convertable. HTH, Cheers Richard.

The convertable ones I bought gave me to much engine movement and the side pipes would allmost hit the body. I replaced them with the Energy Suspention mounts and the motor is rock solid.
