The EGR valve has two lines coming from it one is red the other is green I need to know where they go to

The green line goes to the EGR valve itself. The red line goes to a fitting on the intake manifold that supplies vacuum. The ither end of both lines share a two port vacuum connector that goes to the EGR regulator solenoid. The solenoid, as it's name implies, controls vacuum to the EGR valve based on commands from the PCM.
