Since I am not installing a heater, I guess I have to plug one of those holes in the intake manifold, what can I put in there that looks half-way decent?

Giff - I just bought two anodized blue 1/2" NPT plugs from Summit and only need one. PM me your address and I'll toss it in the mail. If you need one right now, napa carries those and the 3/8" plugs as well.

Thank you so much for your generous offer, I didnt know Summit carried anything like that. I'm trying to complete my cooling system this weekend, so if all I need is a 1/2" plug I think I can get one locally and then add the anodized one like you have to my next Summit order. That way you don't have to go to the trouble of shipping it.
