Sender is showing 328 ohms when cold and 95
ohms when hot.. I am not sure if this is the problem, or if the gauge is bad..

Any comments are appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan

The stock sender should have 74 Ohms of resistance with the needle on the cold mark and 9.7 Ohms with the needle on the hot mark. With the wire removed from the sender the needle should remain below the bottom of the scale. With the wire attached to ground the needle should peg to the top of the scale.
