Yes, THE Dick Smith drove my coupe today at factory Five and gave it the thumbs up! He said that it was just awesome and could not get over how good the brakes were. He said a Mercedes SL500 pulled out in front of him and when he saw the Coupe coming at him he buried his head into his hands awaiting the impact Dick said. Dick just put the 13" Wilwoods 6-piston calipers tot he test and they passed with flying colors! It looked so cool as Dick Smith came FLYING down the entrance road to F5 behind the wheel.

Wow Gary first me and then Mr. Dick Smith. The value of that car just went way up. Or should I say back up after I brought it down. I can't wait to get mine done (I guess I need to start first). For those of you who have never met Dick Smith, he is one of the nicest guys out there. He is one of the most approachable "legends" I know I have ever met. In fact, he made my first Run and Gun an absolute blast. He is just another car guy like the rest of us, and man does he like to pound on the car, any car it doesn't matter he will push is to the limit. One great Cobra Story after another, just too fun to listen to. Cheers Richard. PS can you tell it brought back some good memories.
