Just finished trimming my donors dash harness and temporarily installed it into the cobra. I am doing some preliminary resistance checks on all the harnesses to make sure I don't have any major shorts. Isolating the dash harness where it is connected to the hot post of the solenoid I measure the resistance to ground with the key on run. I get around 2.3 ohms. I have traced this low resistance down to the o2 sensor circuit. This sounds a little low and would draw about 5 - 6 amps. Does this sound about right? I know that the 02 sensors have to pre-heat and may need the extra power at initial engine startup. Also when I disconnect the o2 circuit and do the same measurment as described above, I get 42 ohms.
