I've seen for sale on other mustang forums, COP conversion kits for 96-98 Cobra 4.6 engines. Has anyone done this? If it is feasible and not too pricey, I'd be all over it. I'd also like any info on cleaning up vacuum lines, EGR deletes etc. Can the coolant lines supplying the heater core be removed and blocked off, or must they remain on the engine and connected?
I'm getting my engine ready for my recently purchased MK4. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

im not sure about the cop conversion, mine came with cop.
i went though great effert keeping the egr on the mach 1 motor, but deleted it when i put the eaton supercharger on it.
as for the heater i got a bypass hose from ffr as part of the 4.6 package.
i hope this hepls.
