My Donor didn't have an engine or bellhousing. I now have an engine, a lakewood bellhousing, and a transmission. I need help with where to get what part number clutch arm, clutch ball, and lower clutch cable bracket, throw-out bearing, etc.

You can get an arm and pivot from lakewood or use the standard ford ones. The throwout should be pretty generic. Just get one for the type trans you are running.
