Is any vendor selling chromed side louvers outright or on an exchange basis?

Chroming the FFR ones would kinda be a joke ($1.00 worth of 3031 aluminum and $25.00 to chrome'em). It's possible to use some Semi-Chrome or Mothers' to make them look really nice. I used the FFR ones but Finishline and Whitby's has some original looking ones.

I got some real nice ones from Finishline, 20 minutes with some simecrome and a dremel polish wheel had them looking very close to a mirror finish!

i am having some made out of s/steel then electrol polished the price should be around the price of finishlines i will let you know how the come out
