Hi guys. I have a problem. I have a 2007 Ford rocam. 1.3
The car starts and drives OK at low RPM is a bit weak on power. As soon as you hit 4500rpm the engine cuts. Almost as if it's loose spark. What could be the problem? Tia

not familiar with that engine, however, my engine was stumbling and losing power at exactly 3k. turns out it was my water temperature sender wasn't getting a good signal out. If it's exactly at that rpm everytime it might be a self protection something kicking in.

I am guessing that this has nothing to do with Cobras, but I am sure that we can help. First, check your fuel filter. This is classis clogged fuel filter issue. Next check the exhaust. A clogged Cat will also do this. What do your spark plugs look like? I would also check your last tune up and see what was done. Then check the coil(s). Let us know how it goes.
