I am not putting a heater in the car. How have people bypassed the heater? I have seen a lot of pics with a U-shape hose on the heater coil at the rear of the intake and was wondering what hose and size were used? The input and output are two different sizes.
Thanks

You can get an adaptor for the sensor from Napa. just take in the black tubes and the sensor and they will fix you up. You can also buy a rubber cap for the water line at Napa. Voila, ugly black tubes are gone. :D Matt

If you're using a stock water pump, the fitting is pressed in. Then you can either drill and tap the hole for a plug, or get a small rubber block off tube from NAPA, and apply it with a hose clamp.

For the manifold, all you need is a pipe plug. I usually get mine from the plumbing department For aboutr $1. You can either get a recessed or raised head. I like the raised head, since they don't collect water.

Phil, suggest you hang on to your donor heater piping & don't do anything you can't easily undo. You may find later that you'll want to drive later into the fall & earlier in the spring and a little heat will be most welcome, even in the roadster.
