After installing body and bolting to side mounting plates, body is 1/2"+ to the passenger side, in relation to rear tires measured to fender lip. Any ideas?, or is this the best it gets.

Unbolt it and install the windshield. Mine magically centered itself when I did this.

Check it with the doors on and the roll bar off. If the body is truly off center, then it will show up at the door latch area.

If it is indeed off center, then you may need to grind some on the passenger side of the frame and body where they contact near the door latch; and shim some in the same area on the driver side. If your roll bar holes were cut already, they will now be off. If not by too much, you can oval them and cover up the gaps with trim rings.
